When Terry and Janice Wimmer decided to call their new cafe Mixed Grill, they weren't kidding.

The Wimmers have hired two sisters who grew up in China to put together a menu of authentic Chinese food. They have also hired Mireya Aguilar to cook authentic Mexican dishes.
