Travis Hamlyn and his team at Hellgate Jetboat Excursions on Friday cut the ribbon on the company's 65th season and sent off the first boat of the season on a one-hour scenic tour.

After a lesson on handling the Grants Pass & Josephine County Chamber of Commerce's big scissors, Hamlyn thanked his team. "We're so proud to be a part of this community," he said.
